Ardor Plot
After eight years of marriage, Mi-heun devoted her whole life as a wife to her husband and a mother to their child. One night, a woman visited their house revealing that she is Mi-heun’s husband’s lover. These few words take away and shatter Mi-heun’s life as she knew it, a true terror on an unforgettable Christmas evening.
Running away from Seoul to the peaceful, silent town of Butterfly Ville, Mi-heun and her family start a new life. However, the aftermath of that night still haunts Mi-heun with headaches as she vexatiously tries to vent out her heartache, alone. But nothing seems to change.
In-kyu is a doctor in the town, who enjoys fishing in the nearby lake. The rest of his time is spent fishing girls out for sex. As the doctor begins to enjoy and is getting comfortable with his small-town life, he meets Mi-heun. The womanizer doctor is attracted to Mi-heun’s beauty, despite knowing that she is a married woman, In-kyu continues his game to get what he wants from Mi-heun. Taking advantage of Mi-heun’s situation, she refuses him with all her body and might, but at the same time, falls into him with her entire body and soul.
