Innocent Steps Plot

Trying to make a comeback to the dance floor after his close rival Hyun-soo purposely injured him at a dance competition, acclaimed dancer Na Young-sae is taking the chance to join with a new dance partner. As suggested by his manager Ma Sang-doo, he will meet Chae-ryn, an ethnic Korean from China whom he believes is a renowned, talented dancer. But to his surprise, the young lady knows nothing about dancing, her soon to be married older sister Jang Chae-min is the talented one. Chase-ryn is more likely a proxy to her sister by using Chae-min’s name.

The national dance championship is soon to come, Young-sae and Chae-ryn have three months left to practice. Young-sae trains Chae-ryn, promising to turn her into a world-class dancer.
