SIU Plot
A foul-mouthed, hot-tempered detective with uncanny animal instincts in the violent crimes section, has never failed to solve a case, that’s how to describe Seong-beom. A true challenging event for him has come when one of his colleagues has been brutally murdered by an unknown assailant. Seong-beom and the police agency automatically know there is something behind this murder case. The Special Investigation Unit is set up to solve the case and joining them is Kim Ho-ryong, a profiler, and a former agent.
Seong-beom and Kim become partners and as the police dragnet begins to close in, the suspect always maneuvers faster than the police. Sudden changes of order from the higher ranking officers were made up, and that is to shoot once the suspect is found. The team must fight against the conspiring powers responsible for the crime, all the while dealing with tension and mistrust that begin to build within the police force itself as more information about the case begins to surface that may implicate corrupt detectives within their ranks.
