Tazza: The Hidden Card Plot
Ham Dae-gil enters the gambling world at a very young age. After he makes a fight and stabs Ghost, he runs away to Seoul. Jjari, an old friend, helps him find a job. Ko Jang, a hustler (Jjjari’s boss) hires Dae-gil. It only took five months since Dae-gil works under Ko Jang, he appreciates Dae-gil for bringing more money to his business, while Dae-gil gradually makes his dream come true (got a nice apartment, a beautiful and charming girlfriend, car, and money), all thanks for his talent that is a good gambler plus a hustler with a nice looking guy. But as he rises up, Jjari on the other side gets jealous and Dae-gil’s life starts to crumpled unnoticed, as well as Ko Jang. It all happened when President Woo (Dae-gil’s beloved girlfriend), took all Ko Jang’s money as she beat off his aces (President SEO, Madam Little, including Dae-gil). Everything’s gone for Ko Jang, he loses everything he had, the team split up and didn’t see each other, especially President Woo, she just disappeared.
Hanging on a thin line, Dae-gil, still approaches Jjari to find a new place to gamble, a place where Dae-gil and Mi-na meet again, a place that puts him more deeply into trouble that even Dae-gil couldn’t imagine how he got this far. A place for gamblers with no souls will survive. Dae-gil made it to the higher level, he met Gwang-ryeol, his mentor. He learned not only card tricks but how to use the eyes by reading the opponent’s mind. Now that he is ready, together with Mi-na, the two face Agui the unbeatable hustler in the world of gambling and two others (Jang Dong-sik and President Woo). The game is not just a game, they have their rules…players must be naked, use only one hand, no spectators allowed, and kill if cheating.
