The Bad Guys: Reign In Chaos Plot
A bus carrying an inmate is hit by a group of people looking for a former gang leader named No Sang-sik. Instantly, after that event happened, Oh Goo-tak, who is the former boss of a special Crime Unit is called by the head office. It is just a matter of time before Sang-Sik was about to reveal the real leader of the Yakuza and tell Oh to reassemble his unit and capture them.
Oh, then gatherers and hires three powerful and gutsy inmates that are suited for the job. Woong-Cheol (The Muscle) is a former crimefighter, who spent and serve 28 years in prison. Yoo-Sung, a hot-blooded former cop, and to complete the scene, Kwak No-soon/Jessica is joining the unit as she has useful information which helps the team capture the criminals.
