The Red Shoes Plot
Sun-jae moves into an old apartment with her daughter, Tae-su, leaving her unfaithful husband for another woman. Sun-jae’s obsession is collecting shoes. On her way home, she found a pair of bright pink high heels she found in a subway car. Later, she discovers that it is a cursed shoe. It changes her behavior, her obsession grows, arousing envy and greed with nightmarish visions. Even her daughter and friend Kim Mi-hee also fall victim to the shoes, resulting in hysteria and theft. Sun-jae tries to get rid of them. However, the pink shoes always return to Tae-su and further horrifies Sun-jae. Meanwhile, In-cheol (Sun-jae’s boyfriend) helps uncover the mystery behind the pink shoes before it kills her and Tae-su.
