Cancel & refund
Cancel anytime — you keep access through the end of the period you paid for (yearly until the year ends unless refunded). Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you want out. After 14 days: cancel at period end only via the Stripe Customer Portal; no cash refund unless we say otherwise case-by-case. Manage cancel, payment method, and invoices in the Portal.
